Shipping policy

Preorder Window

Preorders are accepted until 14 days before the scheduled ship date.
Once the preorder window closes, we begin final order preparation, printing, packing, and shipping coordination.

Preorder Shipping Timeline

Preorder items ship on or around the announced ship date.
Delivery timing depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Mixed Orders

If your order includes preorder items and in-stock items, we will:

• ship everything together when the preorder ships, unless you place separate orders.

Address Changes

Address changes for preorders must be submitted no later than 14 days before the ship date. Changes requested after that may not be possible.

Cancellation Policy

Because preorders are planned in advance, preorder cancellations are accepted up to 14 days before the ship date. After the cutoff, preorder orders are final.

Ship dates are estimates and may shift due to production or carrier delays. If anything changes, we will notify customers by email.
